[Google Reader]标记选中项目为已读

一图顶千言。另此功能会加入到下一版的 Better Reader。安装：Google Reader Mark Selected as Read via

郁闷的是，我把它当作 Mark all as read 狂点了。。定睛一看，才发现点错了。。。

另外，Update scanner 扫到一个转瞬即逝的东西，这个页面是 Google 的黑莓客户端的，而且状态栏也显示了 Blackberry 字样：
